2.3 - Missions

To prevent duplication and coordinate large teams, work can be organised into missions.

2.3.1: Your Missions​

Click the View Missions button at the top of the screen to see all available missions:

  • Specific Assignment: If your name appears under the mission, these points are assigned specifically to you. If this mission says “assigned” this is assigned to a different user. 

  • Open Assignment: If no name appears, the mission is Open and available for any team member to complete.

2.3.2: Progress Tracking​

  • Color Coding: Each assignment is color-coded by checkpoint on the map for clear visual separation of assignments. When a checkpoint is completed, it will be marked with a green tick to avoid duplication of work between multiple data collectors. 

  • Progress Bar: A live bar shows the percentage of data collection completed for the current site or mission.

  • Detailed View: Use the button in the top right corner to see a breakdown of progress by assignment, task, or individual checkpoint.
