1.0 - Onboarding Overview

Welcome to the first stages of your Mozaic Earth journey. Before your team hits the ground and can complete analysis, we must build the digital architecture that will guide them. This section ensures your platform environment is structured and ready to feed high-quality data in to build the digital view of your project site.

In this section, we will cover:

• 1.1 - User Onboarding: Adding team members and assigning specific permission levels to ensure everyone has the right access for their role.

• 1.2 - Set up Site / Asset: Defining project boundaries by uploading existing files or drawing them directly on the map to begin the digitisation process .

• 1.3 - Set up Plan: Creating your project objectives per site to track various metrics, such as habitat assessments or plant surveys, across different timeframes .

• 1.4 - Set up Sampling Strategy: Defining the precise GPS "checkpoints" and "tasks" that determine exactly where and how ground-truth data is collected via the app.

• 1.5 - Set up App (Going Live): Finalising your configuration and activating the plan to push it live to your field team's phones.
